Jolly Roger Inn & Resort, Otter Lake

I had quite the adventure staying at the Jolly Roger during a Christmas eve snowstorm. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel safe amidst the chaos outside. However, the dining experience fell short, as the restaurant service did not match the high standards set by the hotel staff. Overall, it was a cozy stay, but improvements could be made in the dining area.

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room was in dire need of updates and the lack of housekeeping during our stay was frustrating. On the upside, the staff was accommodating during a tough holiday season, and the central location was convenient for traveling. However, the breakfast was not at all what I expected, leaving a lot to be desired.

I had a mixed experience at this resort. On one hand, the staff was exceptionally accommodating during a stressful time, especially Avery, who helped dig us out of the snow. However, the overall condition of the facility was lacking, including a pool that didn't feel inviting and a restaurant staff that seemed overwhelmed. The stay had potential but didn't quite meet expectations.

I had a delightful stay at Jolly Roger, where the rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for my needs. The staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort, showcasing excellent customer service. The only downside was the noise from other guests, but the management did everything they could to rectify it. Overall, it was a great value for a relaxing getaway with amenities that enhanced my experience.
